Yes, nitrox is available at no extra charge for guests who are nitrox-certified.

Yes, we offer high-quality rental gear for those who prefer not to travel with their own. We recommend reserving your equipment in advance to ensure availability and proper sizing.

Diving and travel insurance is mandatory for all guests and must cover:

  • Dive Insurance: This must include coverage for all risks and expenses that could arise from a diving-related injury or evacuation, including treatments in hyperbaric chambers, air evacuations, and any loss or damage to personal belongings.
  • Travel Insurance: This should cover incidents such as baggage loss, trip changes, cancellations, accidents, medical expenses, evacuation, and other unforeseen events.

Guests must ensure that their insurance policies are comprehensive, covering pre-existing medical conditions, cancellation fees, medical emergencies, and repatriation. The names of insurers and policy numbers must be provided prior to arrival. Without proof of adequate diving and travel insurance, guests will not be permitted on board.

All bookings for Naga Biru Liveaboard must be made exclusively via email. To ensure clarity and proper documentation, we require all communications related to reservations, inquiries, and confirmations to be directed to our official booking info@komododragonliveaboards.com This helps us maintain accurate records and provide the best possible service to our Agent Partners and Guests.

To secure a reservation, a 30% deposit of the total booking amount is required. Please note that until the deposit is received, the reservation will bnot be considered confirmed.

The full balance of the booking must be paid no later than 60 days before the scheduled cruise departure date. Failure to make the full payment within this time frame will result in the automatic cancellation of the booking, in which case the Cancellation Policy, as outlined below, will apply.

60 days or more before departure: Full refund, minus a €100 Administration Fee.

59 days or fewer before departure: No refund.

For any cancellations and refunds, PT Komodo Dragon is not responsible for any bank transfer fees. These fees will be borne by the Guest or Agent Partner.
